I’m an identity specialist, business coach, transformation facilitator and communications strategist. I believe that great leaders know how to leverage mind, body, emotional and spiritual intelligence (IQ, EQ, PQ , SQ) so a holistic approach informs all of my work. My clients tell me that I’m creative, strategic, intense (in a good way!), that I make them laugh, and that I have a significant beneficial impact on the quality of their business and personal life. I describe my coaching style as ‘compassionate challenger’.
My goal is to help people become more aware of who they are, what they are doing and why, so that they can make better quality decisions that build authenticity, confidence, resilience, positivity and productivity.
I draw from multiple approaches, diagnostics, and CuriousLeaders ® processes to help people see things from different perspectives. This could include business models/frameworks, mindfulness, somatic awareness, voice work, or simply encouraging someone to get out of the office and go for a walk with me. I wear multiple hats depending on situation as coach, facilitator, trainer, mentor, non-executive director and advisor. My approach is always underpinned by a sense of enquiry. I am deeply cognizant of the complexity and diversity of the world we all share. Before co-founding Curious Leaders, I was the regional head of strategic planning across 38 markets across E.M.E.A. for a global branding conglomerate and prior to that ran two offices as Managing Director in Los Angeles and Mexico City.
I’m a co-active (CPCC) and business coach certified and trained across multiple diagnostics and methodologies such as Culture Transformation Tools (CTT), Organisational Relationship Systems (ORSC), Team Coaching International (TCI), Self-Managing Leadership (SML), Team Management Systems (TMS), Open Space, Non-Violent Communications and the Leadership Circle. I hold a B.A. and M.A. from Vassar College. I’m a former Chair and current advisor to the board of The Study Society, a London based charity that offers multidisciplinary ways to further inner peace and well-being: https://www.studysociety.org/
